Career Summary

Professor Dr. Nargis Sultana Chowdhury is the Head and A Professor of the Pharmacy Department at Manarat International University. She is also a Syndicate member of Manarat International University. She was awarded the Dr. Qudrat-e-Khuda Doctoral Fellowship from BCSIR Laboratories, Dhaka. She has 18 years of experience in teaching and two years in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She obtained her Ph.D. in 2018 for doing research on Bioactive Compounds from three aquatic plants and their associated Endophytic Fungi from Jahangirnagar University. She is registered as an A-Grade Pharmacist by the Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh.

She has been doing research work with extensive international experience in reviewing research papers in Phytochemistry, especially in aquatic plants and Endophytic Fungi. She has 30 international publications in renowned journals. Her more recent professional posts include:
